Basic Qualifications
- Relevant HR experience and a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or its equivalent
- A very strong working knowledge of current German employment law and best practice.
- A strong track record of generalist HR experience, supporting remote teams and remote line managers as well as local stakeholders.
- Solid experience working in a high-tech company, including experience working within a U.S. based company.
- Experience in working in a highly complex matrix environment and in managing through ambiguity and change
- Experience of working on employee matters in other countries would be beneficial.
- Proven background as an effective HR generalist and practitioner with a solid track record of successfully implementing HR programs and initiatives, compensation and benefits programs as well as recruiting.
- Highly skilled with technology tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc) for developing and providing HR tools/reports to the management.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural matrix organization.
- Must be fluent in German and English.
- Another European language is highly desirable
- Strong team player across HR and with the business.
