● Bachelor's degree in a technical or management discipline.
● 5+ years of experience working in any of the following industries: telecom services; internet services; datacenter services; networking or telecom equipment development.
● 3+ years of experience in a technical project management.
● Excellent ability to organize information and effectively communicate it.
● Strong data analysis skills.
● Ability to anticipate risk and plan contingencies.
● Strong MS Excel capabilities.
● Proven, flexible leadership and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to determine root cause through scientific investigation.
● Ability to find connections between disparate sources.
● Enjoys complex problems, finding solutions, and organizing and prioritized the tasks needed to solve these problems.
● Strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to build consensus.
● Ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly.
● Ability to work with changing requirements and some uncertainty.
● Experience with Linux command line and SQL.
● Good understanding of various analytical tools and BI processes.
