Qualifications
● Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or Business Administration
● 3+ years of overall work experience
● 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably worked in a similar analyst or controller role
● Demonstrated record of successful budget and forecast management towards operating efficiencies, variance analysis and business case preparation and analysis (discounted cash flow analysis, etc.)
● Hands-on experience with large amounts of data and ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
Required Skills
● Proficiency in desktop tools: Excel, Powerpoint, Word
● Strong analytical skills with ability to organize and structure complex information and to provide cohesive analysis supported by details
● Strong understanding of business processes, internal controls, and audit processes
● Able to understand reporting requirements, envision output, and drive strong quality
● Able to understand business implication of team output – be a Good team player
● Strong written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills in English
