Inside Sales Representative
Required Education and Experience:
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Required Skills:
* 2+ years of experience in a direct sales closing role, customer success role, or similar customer-facing role
* 2+ years of experience working in the high tech or software industry
Desired Skills
* Outstanding organizational skills with the attested ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines
* Relationship, value-based & relationship development selling skills
* Renewals:
1.) Assisting internal teams to create and deliver product renewal quotations to existing customers
2.) Monitoring the progress of renewal quotations to ensure customer expectations for delivery are met
3.) Communicating renewal order status to customers on a timely basis
4.) Participate in account planning and execution to achieve renewal targets
* Identify new product, service and cross-selling opportunities
* Proven track record in exceeding annual quotas or equivalent KPIs
* Strong knowledge of Internet or cloud technologies or cybersecurity concepts
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills appropriate to both technical and business stakeholders
