Required Education and Experience:
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
- 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or its equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in selling enterprise-class technology software, SaaS, cyber security and internet-based technology solutions to enterprise class companies.
- 3+ years of selling into strategic accounts in Mexico, Central America, Colombia, Peru
Desired Skills:
- Consistently exceeding quota and with a heavy focus on new account development.
- Proven Track Record in over-achieving quarterly and annual quota.
- Must have strong knowledge of some combination of Internet infrastructure, enterprise software, cyber security, SAAS and PAAS concepts, and demonstrate the ability to discuss them with intelligence and conviction.
- Experience in successfully executing complex sales cycles with Directors, Managers and CXOs.
- 3+ years of selling within the security or networking sector is desired.
- Must have high ethics, integrity, and humility and have a desire to be a key member of a world-class sales and support organization.
- Formal sales training preferred: Solution-Selling and/or Value Selling training.
- Ideal candidates will bring with them a range of Internet industry-related contacts.
- Proven, measurable, and successful experience as a “farmer” in the High Tech companies.
- Strong team player that also excels as a high-performing individual performer/contributor
