Required Education and Experience
* 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or
* 6 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree or
* 3 years of relevant experience and a PhD or

Required Skills
*2+ yrs experience leading a team of engineers or other technical staff
*2+ yrs experience in supporting business goals and functioning as part of a high-performance cross-discipline team
