Manager.Senior.Solutions Engineering

Basic Qualifications

·       2+ years of relevant experience managing a technical team.

·       5+ years of experience in a customer facing environment such as sales or technical consulting.

·       3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, working directly with customers, channel partners, carrier or system integrators, and business partners.

·       2+ years of experience of internet and network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS) and tools.

·       Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills appropriate to both technical and management clients.

·       A proven track record demonstrating good business judgment, an ability to make decisions, and a passion for excellence.

Desired Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

·       Experience in the web application security field.

·       Background in Layer 7 technologies and protocols, such as HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web & App Servers, Load Balancers, Content/Application Delivery Network (CDN), HTTP Streaming, Mobile Site/Application Acceleration, Three Tier Architectures.

·       Experience within the Carrier and/or Service Provider landscape.

·       Experience developing and enhancing strong client relationships.

·       Demonstrated operations and organization skills implementing and driving best practices in multi-office, cross functional organizations.

·       Strong organization and analytical skills.
