Required Education and Experience

- 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or
- 6 years of relevant experience and a Masters degree.
Required Skills
- 6 years of experience working in a high growth marketing environment creating innovative solutions and demonstrating end-to-end design that show cases creative storytelling and messaging.
- 5 years of experience working with and influencing executive leaders.
- Strong foundation in the fundamentals of design and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to transform technical / complex datasets and content into digestible presentations, data visualizations, infographics visuals that communicate clearly and effectively to any audience
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively on multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment
- Familiarity with marketing and the business of marketing
- Ability to communicate clearly and share knowledge openly and transparently
- Proficiency in Google slides & PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite
- Jive platform, video and/or animation experience, a plus
