The Manager of Digital Campaign Activation is an individual contributor within the Campaign Activation team that plays a pivotal role in  driving campaign effectiveness across a variety of channels - owned, paid and earned - by helping plan, coordinate and put into market the right mix of tactics through an understanding of both the campaign goals and the customer's needs.

 

Responsibilities

· Coordinates across the digital activation team and campaign team, calling upon their knowledge of best practices, to help develop consolidated plans of activation to achieve campaign goals

· Uses their knowledge of paid, owned and earned channels, and a deep understanding of the global campaign goals to work with local field teams to create activation plans that meet the needs of their market

· Works across the organization to understand the campaign goals of Global and Local/Field teams, and the needs of customers (from the customer perspective) and creates a picture of where these synergize and where to develop new tactics

· Partners with the Director of Marketing, Global Campaigns, to create reverse waterfall modeling to help establish forecasts/goals at the outset of campaign

· Partners with the Digital Activation Strategy Lead and Social Media Manager to help gather requirements from across the marketing organization for all campaign requests

· Helps to analyze campaign effectiveness and strategize on optimization opportunities

· Partners with the Campaign Optimization team to create reporting, and socializes results across the business regularly

· Partners with the search marketing team on deep dive keyword research to help understand the customer from a search query perspective

Required Education and Experience

      · 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree


Required Skills

· 8 years of digital marketing experience

 

Desired Skills

· Excellent organization, communication and process management skills

· Broad knowledge of digital tactics across paid, owned and earned channels and the ability to communicate campaign results to a diverse group of individuals with varying degrees of understanding of digital tactics

· Strong understanding of digital channels, SEO, SEM, Social Media and Display advertising

· Strong understanding of how to effectively use Organic and Paid channels together
