Media Operations Engineer

To be successful in this role you will: 

• Have minimum 2 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information System, another related field or its equivalent.
• Have experience in customer service or operation center environment, troubleshooting software or network issues
• Be well versed in how the internet works, it's networks and protocols with understanding of the internet and IP networks, DNS and routing as well as communication protocols such as HTTP, TCP or UDP
• Have experience with web programming languages such as HTML, Java Script and ASP
• Enjoy the challenges working in DevOps environment with a focus on CLI and API
• Have an existing interest or desire to learn about media streaming technologies
• Be skilled at communicating complex technical content to a wide range of audiences with varying technical abilities
• Have a natural ability to build strong relationships with customers and how to manage challenging issues and expectations effectively
