Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• Overall 5-6 Yrs of experience in the MS Exchange Infrastructure, Windows Server infrastructure management and Service Delivery
• Minimum 5 Years of hands-on technical experience in managing MS Exchange Infrastructure covering
o In-depth knowledge on Database Availability Groups spanning across multiple Geographical sites
o In-depth knowledge on Database Availability Groups spanning across multiple Geographical sites
o Expertise on Autodiscover/Free Busy/Client Connectivity
o Backup and disaster recovery
o Routing/Mail Flow and Set up Installation concepts
o Good Knowledge on managing Email Gateways, Preferably Proof Point Gateways
o Good ActiveSync troubleshooting knowledge
• Minimum 3 Yrs of hand-on technical experience in managing Windows Server and VMWare Infrastructure covering the below
o Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Servers 2008 R2, 2012 R2.
o Experience with DNS, DHCP, WSUS/SCCM Patch Management.
o Experience with Windows O/S deployment and upgrades, Windows Server Build, VMWare/Hyper V Virtualization.
o Ability to analyze and understand current workflows and translate into necessary automated workflows and scripts.
o Experience in remediating services to infrastructure teams based on vulnerability & policy compliance scans
o Creation, Management and Configuration of Virtual Machines, Clone and Templates
o Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell
Desired Qualifications
• Good communication skills, especially with verbal and written English.
• Experience in supporting two or more Datacenter site infrastructures.
