Network Infrastructure Engineer

Required Education and Experience:
BS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field or commensurate experience.
3-4 years of hands-on network/server HW experience.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Internet protocols including TCP/IP and DNS.
Unix/Linux command-line experience.
Comfortable with Linux and hardware systems support in an Internet operations environment.
Must possess excellent time and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
Strong layer 2 troubleshooting skills and conceptually strong as regards layer 3.
Goal-oriented attitude to work through roadblocks, attend to details, and bring about project closure.
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with routers and managed switches.
Should be experienced in large-scale data center hardware deployments and building scaling infrastructure.
