Functional Skills:
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum education required is a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a multi-national payroll department
• Minimum 5 years of direct people management/team leadership experience
• Thorough knowledge of ADP Streamline and/or Globalview platforms and ADP processes and procedures
• Deep knowledge of the end-to-end (gross-to-net) monthly payroll and year end reporting cycle process in multiple countries across applicable region
• Deep knowledge of tax and reporting compliance requirements for countries in APJ region
• Strong knowledge of time and attendance systems, preferably Kronos or ADP etime
• Strong knowledge of expatriate payroll
• Strong knowledge of earning, benefit, deduction, and tax elements
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage teams, to enhance professional relationships, and to build solid partnerships
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions utilizing all available information
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and data analysis
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Desired Qualifications:
• Oracle HRIS experience
• System implementation and/or process improvement experience
• Process design/re-design/documentation experience
• Working knowledge of benefit plans
• Experience with system conversions/implementations
• Knowledge of internal control and SOX documentation and testing procedures
