Program Manager

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

* 2-3 years of professional experience in Program or Project Management.

Desired Qualifications

* 2-3 years of professional experience in Knowledge Management, Technical Writing, or Library Science

* Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and strategies including the ability to:

     - listen deeply and well, (including to hear what is not being said, as well as what is)

     - articulate complex concepts to a broad range of technical and business audiences, and

     - construct the frame and argument that will persuade the audience and elicit the desired response.

* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

* Knowledge of Service & Support process and responsibilities

* Proven track record of working cross-functionally

* Proven experience of dealing with a varied audience, non-technical and technical, field to c-suite

* Highly organized with a demand for detail and procedures.

* Experience and a desire to progress within a global services organization.

* Experience working within a fast moving, high-tech environment.

* Detail-oriented drive to investigate and dissect information with a strong focus on quality.

* Strong sense of integrity and accountability.

* Ability to work cross-functionally and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

* Ability to thrive in both individual and team environments.

* Experience using Jive or Confluence preferred.

* Proficient with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite.

* Widely recognized qualification e.g. KCS, PMP, ITIL
