Program Manager - Customer Experience
Required Education and Experience
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s Degree.
* Minimum
3 years of relevant experience and a Master’s Degree.
Required Skills
* 2+ years of experience with Program/Project Management or equivalent
experience, ideally in a cross-functional capacity.
* 2+
years of experience working with executive level leadership.
* 1+ years of experience managing or working with community platforms.
Desired Skills
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the
ability to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse
corporate and client environment
* Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget while communicating
with key senior leaders
* Experience with program and project management principles and practices, PMP
certification or Big 5 Consulting experience preferred
* Experience with customer experience programs & process, operations, and
metric best practices
* Experience with Risk and Issue management and resolution
* Experience with high-tech internet industry & technical software
implementations
* Detailed and action-oriented self-starter
* Expertise with Microsoft Office and Google products
* Knowledge of JIRA and other Program Management tools
