Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or related equivalent degree or
* 3 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree

Required Skills
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or related equivalent degree
* Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in one or more of the following fields: Business Operations, Program Management, Release Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), development or operations engineering
* Minimum of 3 years of experience driving initiatives with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, release management, network operations, product management, professional services, account teams, etc)

Desired Skills
* Highly organized, and excellent attention to detail; quick learner with creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
* An excellent facilitator of project requirements and schedules with the ability to influence peers and managers in cross-functional and global teams.
* Action oriented, capable of multi-tasking well, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to drive the day-to-day activities of internal resources.
* Hands-on technical experience is a strong plus.
* Experience in a customer facing role requiring a high level of individual responsibility, sound business judgment and large enterprise account management, where an aptitude for improving customer satisfaction was successfully demonstrated.
