Program Manager II, Strategy & Operations
Required Education and Experience:
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Business Communications or its equivalent or
* 3 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Business Communications, Change Management or its equivalent
Required Skills
* Minimum of 5 years of overall experience, with 3+ years of direct exposure to supporting sales and sales operations functions
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with Program/Project Management or equivalent experience, ideally in a cross-functional delivery capacity and supporting sales and sales operations functions
Desired Skills
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse corporate environment
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with impeccable business judgment
* Familiarity with business process, operations, and metric definition best practices
* Knowledge of Risk and Issue management and resolution
* Detail and action-oriented self-starter
* Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and Google products
* Experience with Program Management tools (i.e. Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheets)
* Knowledge of and experience with sales and marketing tools (i.e. SFDC)
* Experience with due diligence and/or M&A is a plus
