Web Strategy & Operations is seeking an organized, driven, results-oriented experienced program manager to deliver strategic programs and initiatives. This role will primarily support driving internal change management across the business, as our products mature in the market. Assisting leadership and cross-functional team(s) in their strategy, implementation and measurement of key initiatives is another core component of this function. Other program management responsibilities will include working with stakeholders in defining priorities, determining project/program scope and success criteria, plan schedules, drive work efforts, support enablement and monitor project/program from inception through delivery.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Work cross-functionally across Sales, Pre-Sales, Sales Operations, Product, Marketing, Service and Support, Finance and other groups to tackle strategic and operational challenges aimed at improving the overall performance of the business.
* Display proficiency and confidence in executive communication and managing executive relationships.
* Demonstrate the ability to comfortably navigate ambiguity, take initiative, and work closely with leads to deliver strategic insights, provide solutions to challenges and recommendations based on business analyses.
* Assist with the identification and structuring of key strategic projects/initiatives to solve complex business challenges by working with business stakeholders across the organization, managing communications, overseeing milestones and timelines, and leading cross-functional groups to synthesize feedback and deliver on objectives.
* Document detailed agendas, meeting minutes, and action items from key cross-functional meetings.
* Define scope and success criteria, identify deliverables, plan schedules, and drive work efforts through multiple phases of a project/program and gain stakeholder support in order to drive change and business transformation.

About the Team:
The Web Strategy & Operations team is a team of high performing resources working to drive operational excellence across Sales, Pre-Sales and Marketing through the execution of strategic programs. Web Strategy and Operations supports these functions through:
The discovery, research, and root cause analysis of business inefficiencies
* Solution and process development
* Identification of success measures and success tracking
* Program management of change initiatives and implementation of new operational procedures

Required Education and Experience:
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Business Communications or its equivalent or
* 3 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Business Communications, Change Management or its equivalent

Required Skills
* Minimum of 5 years of overall experience, with 3+ years of direct exposure to supporting sales and sales operations functions
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with Program/Project Management or equivalent experience, ideally in a cross-functional delivery capacity and supporting sales and sales operations functions

Desired Skills
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse corporate environment
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with impeccable business judgment
* Familiarity with business process, operations, and metric definition best practices
* Knowledge of Risk and Issue management and resolution
* Detail and action-oriented self-starter
* Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and Google products
* Experience with Program Management tools (i.e. Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheets)
* Knowledge of and experience with sales and marketing tools (i.e. SFDC)
* Experience with due diligence and/or M&A is a plus
