Program Manager

Basic Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor’s Degree required

* 5+ years of professional experience in relevant industries

* Understanding of the design principles

* Extensive Microsoft PowerPoint experience

* Knowledge of file sharing and collaboration sites such as Google Drive, Basecamp, and Dropbox.

* Possess the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all different levels of the organization.

 Desired Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be:

* 3+ years of experience in Design

* 3+ years of experience working in the high-tech industry

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 6.

* "Self-starter" personality with ability to self-motivate and be resourceful in a fast paced environment.

* Strong work ethic and a history of meeting tight deadlines

* Basic understanding of other presentation tools, such as Prezi or Keynote

* Basic understanding of video editing tools, such as iMovie, QuickTime, or Animoto

* Knowledge of web site layout and design

* Basic understanding user experience design

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Task-oriented drive to investigate and dissect information with a strong focus on quality.

* Strong sense of integrity and accountability

* Able to work cross-functionally and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

* Able to work easily as part of a team and also independently to achieve individual and group goals

* Prepared to listen to others and have a strong sense of customer service

* Flexible, self-motivated, curious and willing to continually develop in order to solve problems and drive results
