Required Education:
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
- 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent or
- 6 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree or its equivalent
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2yrs experience with Google AdWords & Bing paid search platforms, including keyword development, account setup, ad creation, content network, match types, quality score, negative keywords, conversion rates, etc.
- Minimum of 2yrs experience with Organic Search
- Minimum of 2yrs experience with Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros preferred)
Desired Skills:
- Understanding in digital marketing vehicles such as Display and Content Syndication.
- Experience building test and learn plans that continuously improve program engagement and effectiveness, with a heavy focus on lead generation initiatives.
- Knowledge with Bid Management Tools (Media Optimizer, DS3, Kenshoo, Marin).
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with business analysis and presenting results.
- Strong analytical, project management, and teamwork skills; ability to learn.
- Experience in B2B a plus.
