Required Education and Experience:
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
Required Skills
* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management
* Minimum of 2 years of overall experience
* Minimum of 1 year of experience with Program/Project Management or equivalent experience, ideally in a cross-functional technical delivery capacity
Desired Skills
* Technical understanding of how the internet works
* Experience in working with Software Engineering Teams
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse corporate and client environment
* Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget while communicating with key senior leaders
* Keen interest in learning new methodologies and willingness to be coached and mentored for senior level engagements
* Knowledge of program and project management principles and practices
* Detail and action-oriented self-starter
* Consulting experience preferred
* PMP certification or Big 5 will be a plus
* Knowledge in business process, operations, and metric definition best practices
* Knowledge in Risk and Issue management and resolution
* Knowledge of high-tech internet industry & technical software implementations
* Knowledge of JIRA, Google Tool suite, and other Program Management tools
