Required Education and Experience
- 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or
- 6 years and a Master’s degree; or
- 3 years experience with a PhD; or equivalent experience.
Required Skills
- 5+ years experience as a technical program manager/project manager
- 5+ years managing complex programs across teams
- 5+ years working in software development lifecycle environments
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completionStrong communication skills and ability to interface and collaborate with multiple teams and functionsStrong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to drive the day-to-day activities of internal resources
- Action oriented, capable of multitasking well, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with industry standard SDLC tools, including Confluence and Jira
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technologies Hands-on technical experience
