Program Manager, Web Product Operations

Required Education and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* 2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or
* Relevant experience and a Master’s degree or PhD or
* Equivalent professional experience

Required Skills
* 2+ years of experience with Program or Project Management or equivalent experience, ideally in a Product Management capacity.

Desired Skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Confidence leading large cross-functional initiatives at a management level.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a wide range of constituencies in a diverse corporate and client environment.
* Solid knowledge of program and project management principles and practices, PMP certification a plus.
* Expertise in business process automation best practices.
* Knowledge and familiarity with business metrics and business operations.
* Skilled in issue management and resolution.
* Able to manage numerous conflicting priorities.
* Detail and action-oriented self-starter.
* Expertise with project management tools/systems and product lifecycle.
* High-tech/internet industry experience preferred, but not required.
