QA Engineer

Required Qualification and Skills:

*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information systems, or related discipline.
*2years’ experience working for a Networking or Cloud Infrastructure company.
*2+years’ experience in Software Quality Assurance or Technical Support roles
*2+ Years with Internet protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TCP/IP, ICMP, DHCP)
*1 years’ experience in deployment, configuration, operation and troubleshooting of solutions using ADCs (application delivery controller) or SSL/VPN based access solutions.

Desired Skills

Following skills will be a plus in addition to mandatory skills:

Cloud Infrastructure
* Experience working on one of the Cloud environment: AWS, Azure or OpenStack
* Experience with one of the configuration management tool: Chef, Puppet, Ansible, etc.

* Understand architecture of IaaS, SaaS and PaaS deployments.
*  Exposure to UNIX/Linux and VMWare or equivalent hypervisors is a plus.

*  Layer4-7 Server Load Balancing/Application delivery controller

* Deployment, configuration, operation and troubleshooting of solutions using ADCs (application delivery controller) or SSL/VPN based access solutions.

Authentication
* Experience with LDAP and/or Windows Active Directory.
* Experience with SSO and SAML.

* Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Teamwork and a good attitude are essential.
