Required Skills
* 5+ year of end-to-end
recruitment experience either in-house or as an agent
* Fluent in Japanese and
at least Business level in English
* Experience in direct
sourcing
* Experience utilizing
various recruiting tools (search engines, social networks, job fairs,
networking and other creative methods) to locate top talent.
* Superior written &
verbal communication skills with emphasis placed on accuracy & diplomacy.
Desired Skills
* Expert in technical
recruiting with a proven track record of identifying, qualifying and hiring
system software engineers, applications software engineers, and other
specialized technical positions.
* Experience utilizing
various recruiting tools (search engines, social networks, job fairs,
networking and other creative methods) to locate top talent.
* Experience working
with Applicant Tracking Systems and OFCCP guidelines.
* Proven ability in
customer relationship management and providing strong consultative skills.
* Builds effective
relationships through positive communication that motivates and influences
others.
* Is able to work
effectively in a highly complex, fast-paced, diverse, and changing environment.
* Proactive and
