Qualifications


Basic Qualifications


  • Enterprise sales experience in cloud, SaaS, carrier, security, networking or related.
  • 5+ years Sales management experience.
  • Proven experience building best-in-class sales teams.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills to handle complex customer scenarios.
  • Ability to execute independently, while collaborating with functional teams globally.
  • Proactive, confident, assertive and entrepreneurial self-starter.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s degree in technology or business related field.


Desired Qualifications


  • Proven track record of growing a business and consistently exceeding tens of million-dollar quotas.
  • Demonstrated sales and general managerial values – ranging from a strong sense of ethics, sales performance, cross-functional collaboration.
  • Inspirational leadership - can articulate a clear vision and set the overall strategy and goals for the business.
  • Strategic thinker with skills to execute at the tactical level.
  • Experience at leading 10+ direct reports.
  • Able to retain, hire, train and lead a team of sales representatives to over-achieve their quotas.
  • Possess formal sales training in solution selling and/or value and successfully executing complex sales cycles with CXOs.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Internet, cloud platform, networking concepts, and demonstrates the ability to discuss them with intelligence and conviction.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong English communication skills and the ability to successfully collaborate with colleagues across a global, matrixed organization.
