Rotation Engineer (Rotation Program)

Required Education and Experience

• 1+ years or relevant internship experience and a Bachelor’s Degree

Required Skills

• 1+ years or relevant industry internship or co-op experience with one of more of the following languages: Golang, C++, or Python

• OR 1+ years or relevant industry internship or co-op experience in program management

• OR 1+ years or relevant industry internship or co-op experience in data analysis/science

Desired Skills

• Additional knowledge of one or more of the following languages: Java, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bash, Perl, SQL

• Experience with one or more of the following internet protocols: DNS, SSH, TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS

• Experience working with customers

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technologies.

• Self-disciplined, self-motivated, able to work with little supervision

• Intellectual curiosity: wanting to know how and why things work, and how to improve them

• Systems thinking: being able to identify the key factors in a system and to reason about the system without needing all the low-level details

• Interpersonal skills: getting along with coworkers and colleagues, knowing who and how to influence, and being able to act with diplomacy and tact; and displaying active kindness
