Security Compliance Program and Documentation Manager
Required Education and Experience
* 5 years of experience Bachelor’s Degree, including coursework in technology, business or library & information science. Master’s degree is a plus
Required Skills
* 5+ years of experience in technical project management or in information & documentation management
* 2+ years experience managing initiatives across teams and geographies
Desired Skills
* Certification in project management (PMP) or demonstrated project management skills
* Degree in library and information science
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and excellent time management skills
* Demonstrated ability to independently lead program work at an enterprise scale
* Demonstrated ability to work independently under tight deadlines while responding to changing business and technical conditions
* Demonstrated understanding or experience with managing technical information and reference content
* Ability to analyze problems or information systematically and in depth
* Demonstrated ability to lead Knowledge Management efforts across multiple time zones and functions
* Demonstrated ability to learn new technology tools and skills, to conduct training for technical audience
* Experience with compliance standards such as: PCI DSS, ISO27001/ISO27002, HIPAA, SOC1/SOC2, NIST/DoD frameworks
* Experience working with external audit firms
* Demonstrate understanding of security controls, IT controls and related standards
* Demonstrated ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively and professionally across a wide range of constituencies
* Experience with industry standard software development tools, including Confluence and Jira
* Experience working in a fast-paced matrix organization
