Basic Qualifications:


BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields (e.g. Applied Mathematics). Master degree preferred;
10 + years and Bachelors Degree, OR 8+ years and advanced degree and progressive work experience applying analytical methods to business problems, driving improved decision-making and outcomes;
Solid knowledge of statistical techniques (generalized linear models, regularized regression, decision trees/random forests, clustering, etc.);
Experience using data-oriented scripting (e.g. SQL) and statistical programming (e.g., R or SAS). Experience building and maintaining a solution to collect, store, and organize data for analytics;
Exceptional customer focus and project management skills - able to interact and contract professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts;
Strong attention to detail and high commitment to accuracy and auditing;
Willingness to adapt quickly to shifting business priorities;
Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables, some larger with longer timelines and others requiring immediate attention and completion.
Willingness to work outside normal business hours occasionally for critical projects. 

Desired Qualifications
Experience with HR data analysis is an advantage but not a requirement;
Knowledge of natural language processing;
Experience developing and analyzing surveys.
