Senior Analyst, People Analytics

• BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields (e.g. Applied Mathematics). Master degree preferred;

• 10 + years and Bachelors Degree, OR 8+ years and advanced degree and progressive work experience applying analytical methods to business problems, driving improved decision-making and outcomes;

• Solid knowledge of statistical techniques (generalized linear models, regularized regression, decision trees/random forests, clustering, etc.);

• Experience using data-oriented scripting (e.g. SQL) and statistical programming (e.g., R or SAS). Experience building and maintaining a solution to collect, store, and organize data for analytics;

• Exceptional customer focus and project management skills - able to interact and contract professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts;

• Strong attention to detail and high commitment to accuracy and auditing;

• Willingness to adapt quickly to shifting business priorities;

• Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables, some larger with longer timelines and others requiring immediate attention and completion.

• Willingness to work outside normal business hours occasionally for critical projects. 

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with HR data analysis is an advantage but not a requirement;

• Knowledge of natural language processing;

• Experience developing and analyzing surveys.
