Major Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar field, or equivalent experience as a software engineer.
● Proficiency in software development and design, ability and agility to quickly learn new technologies and implement them.
● 7+ years experience developing Java or Scala software.
● Experience in leading technical aspects and mentoring other team members.
● Vast experience dealing with and analyzing massive amounts of data.
● Thorough understanding of internet protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP/IP, HTTP, SSL, DNS.
● Creative, innovative, versatile individual, willing and able to explore new territories and solve hard problems.
● Highly responsible, self-disciplined, self-managed, self-motivated, able to work in a fast paced results oriented environment.
● Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

● Experience with Spark and Hadoop – highly desired
● Experience developing Machine Learning algorithms – a major advantage
● Experience developing network security related applications – an advantage
