Required Education and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
- 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent or
- 6 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree
- 3 years of relevant experience and a PhD
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst ideally supporting a finance or sales organization.
- Minimum 6 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite including; Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Access and Project.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or business operations.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with planning and tracking operational results.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.com CRM system.
Desired Skills
- Experiences with other CRM systems a plus.
- Expertise in working with cross-functional teams (especially sales, finance, legal, services, and customer support).
- A successful record of accomplishment of working with Sales management in the organization, as well as staff personnel.
- Experience leading change.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with ability to build strong business relationships.
- Experience in the high-tech industry a plus.
