Senior Business Systems Analyst II

Education Requirements

* 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 
* or 6 years and a Master’s degree; 
* or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
Required Qualification
* 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Project management role 
* 5+ years of experience with CRM or SFA or Marketing Automation applications
* Required Technical Skills: Salesforce Configuration and Development, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, & Access
Desired Qualifications
* Experience in the areas of: Marketing (Strongly Desired) or Direct Sales or Channel Sales or Finance
* Technical Skills: Salesforce Developer or Analyst , Marketing Automation (Marketo), Salesforce Wave, Oracle Business Intelligence, Application Integration, SQL, Web Development Technologies, SaaS applications, Invoicing systems.
* Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
* Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization on a variety of projects.
* Ability to think strategically and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proven track record delivering complex software solutions.
* Ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot problems.
* IIBA or PMI Business Analyst or Project Management Certified
