Senior Cloud Product Support Engineer
Required Skills and
Qualifications:
*BSc in Computer Science
or similar degree
*8+ years experience in
a technical support position, preferably with a cloud company.
*3+ years as escalation
engineer within L3/L4 support groups.
*3+ years experience in
technical support/services for cloud based products / Saas solutions /
AWS
*Fluent in Japanese and
Business English
Desired Skills and
Qualifications:
*Strong experience with
DNS server side
* Experience with SQL
* Knowledge and
experience working with a variety of authentication schemes including SAML,
Kerberos, NTLM, OIDC and Oauth2.
*Experience working with
on-prem hypervisors such as VMware and Hyper-V and cloud-based IaaS platforms
(AWS, Azure and GCE).
*Strong understanding of
HTTP/S and related web technologies with the ability to troubleshoot issues
using common tools such as Wireshark, browser developer tools, Fiddler and log
collectors (Kibana).
*Working knowledge of
common Microsoft server technologies such as Active Directory, Remote Desktop
Services and AD FS.
*Experience with
Security products such Firewall , Secure Web Gateway, threat detection
*Experience with Linux
systems / networking and Scripting
*Understanding of TCP/IP
*Familiarity with NGINX
reverse proxy functionality.
