Basic Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree and 8 years of experience or Advanced Degree and 6 years of experience.
- Experience working in the compensation field from a design, implementation, administration, governance and compliance perspective required
Desired Skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to embrace change and thrive in ambiguity
- Strong interest in analyzing data and able to synthesize large data sets to form recommendations.
- Able to work independently, prioritize multiple stakeholders and tasks, manage details and deliver results in an environment with competing demands
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees with a focus on customer service.
- Experience working with Oracle is a plus.
- Experience with Tableau preferred, but not required
