Senior Director, Business Applications/Salesforce & Sales Automation

Required Education and Experience 

* Minimum 15 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, another related filed or its equivalent. 

Required Skills 

* Minimum 8 years of implementing large scale implementation projects with mission critical applications.    

* Minimum 6 years of management experience with a proven track record in hiring, managing, and setting direction of a team.

* Minimum 5 years of experience working directly with stakeholders, with strong customer focus and negotiation skills.

* Minimum 5 years of management experience in all stages of the software development life cycle.

* Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating with remote teams.

 Desired Skills 

* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

* Experience with Agile Software Development methodology.

* Experience with SaaS applications.

* Experience with application administration.
