Senior Director Systems Solution Architecture

Required Education and Experience 

* Minimum 15 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology or its equivalent.  

Required Skills 

* 10+ years of Systems and Solution Architecture Plus Operations Support experience in development of complex, multi-platform distributed environment

Desired Skills 

* Proficient in new and emerging technologies

* Hands on experience to prototype technical solutions and managing POCs

* Experience with public cloud; AWS, Azure

* Docker and Open Source experience

* Extensive knowledge of all product and system components of technical architecture

* Extensive experience in layered solutions and designs, diverse technical configurations, across multiple technologies and processing environments

* In-depth understanding of business operations, objectives and strategies

* Must demonstrate understanding of enterprise integration across hybrid processing environments

* Expert knowledge across multiple platforms, processes & architectures

* Strong leadership skills; coaching and mentoring skills

* Experience managing application delivery process

* Must demonstrate technical leadership, turn vision into action, drive outcomes, & promote common goals & actions

* Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex & contentious issues. Reach consensus & work through people to achieve key goals

* Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly

* Passionate about work, curious, and willing to take on difficult challenges
