Senior Engineering Manager
Required Skills and Qualification:
* Education: Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Overall experience: 10+ years of software development experience.
* 4+ years experience leading engineering teams and mission critical software projects with customer-facing deliverables.
* 5+ years of experience with the complete software development process.
* 5+ years experience in large-scale, highly-available enterprise software solutions (e.g., J2EE).
Desired Skils:
* Good understanding of Identity Lifecycle, SSO, & authentication models.
* Experience with cross-platform, multi-browser web page development.
* Highly responsible, self-disciplined, self-starting, motivational, creative, and confident.
* Experience with scrum or other agile methodologies.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
