Qualifications
* A skilled field
marketing professional with minimum 8 years of relevant B2B marketing
experience
* Bachelor’s
Degree in Marketing or Business
* Strong
experience in defining and executing GTM plans for offline, event and online
field marketing programs that drive marketing pipeline
* Experienced
in collaborating with in-country sales teams and sales leadership
* Experienced working
with remote teams across functions, geographic locations and diverse cultures,
driving collaboration and positive outcomes
* Strong
collaborative project management and organizational experience and skills with
a strong sense of ownership
* Possess data
and performance-metrics driven mindset with experience using marketing data and
metrics for developing insights to marketing KPIs
* Experienced
in budget planning and management
* Skilled in
navigating through ambiguous and complex situations with some degree of
uncertainty
* Skilled in
navigating through a face-paced, high growth and highly matrix organization
* A motivated
self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude who thrives in working
autonomously
* Highly collaborative
and ability to communicate effectively with leadership teams and peers
* Good spoken and written English and Japanese skills
