Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Finance preferred)

8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a BS/BA Degree or 6 years with an advanced Degree ideally supporting a finance or sales organization

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including; Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Access and Project

Very strong analytic skills (must be strong in Excel) and high attention to detail; able to understand, analyze and organize complex and/or sensitive data sets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate financial and sales concepts to a broad audience.

Knowledge/experience working in Sales Force and Access databases

Strong drive for results, ability to multi-task and handle ambiguity and cross-functional team dynamics.
Desired Qualifications

Ability to quickly and effectively troubleshoot problems.

Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) report writing

Experience with Hyperion ESSbase reporting

Strong project management and communication skills.

Ability to think strategically and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
