Basic Qualifications
∗ Education: 8+ years experience and Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
∗ Education: 8+ years experience and Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
OR
*6+ years experience and Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
∗ Minimum 3 + years of relevant experience including Revenue and Expense planning, forecasting and analysis of business results.
∗ Minimum 2+ years of proven experience with Microsoft Excel financial modeling.
Desired Qualifications
∗ Prior experience supporting company Division with P&L accountability, partnering with Product or R&D Organizations
∗ Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
∗ Experience with complex quantitative business analysis and business case development is highly desired, preferably in a high-tech, recurring revenue environment
∗ Ability to interpret and simplify complex data and isolate the key financial /business issue to keep business partners focused on resolving the same and develop quantitative business assumptions, and logical and measured conclusions, forecasts, and recommendations
∗ Demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize workloads with a high degree of accuracy and minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
∗ “Self-starter” with acute understanding and creativity of business modeling, ability to question, learn, and tease out the underlying economics of new ideas and opportunities
∗ Strong drive for results, ability to handle ambiguity and cross-functional team dynamics.
∗ Hyperion Essbase experience preferred.
∗ Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence and communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization, work cross-functionally on projects, and drive consensus across groups.
∗ Demonstrated ability and willingness to address both strategic and detailed operational issues.
