Required Education and Experience
- BS/BA Degree with 8 years of relevant experience or 6 years of experience with Advanced Degree
- 6 years of immigration experience including strong knowledge of non-immigrant (H-1B, L-1, TN, F-1) and immigrant (PERM, I-140, etc.) visa processes

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for disparate audience
- Multi-cultural awareness and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse population facing challenging immigration situations
