Required Education and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree {add Degree info here} or its equivalent or
* 6 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree {add Specific Degree here} or
* 3 years of relevant experience and a PhD {add Specific Degree here}
Required Skills
* 8 years of overall experience
Desired Skills
* BFA/MFA/GD Art/Bachelor's degree/Diploma in visual design/graphic design
* 8 years’ experience as a graphic designer in an e-learning environment
* Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash (for web), Dreamweaver.
* Knowledge of ActionScript 2.0 or ActionScript 3.0.
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and jQuery to develop and maintain web pages.
* Exposure to writing SCORM.
* Exposure to Interactive Game Building for e-learning and quizzing elements.
* Knowledge of basic video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere.
* Experience in using e-learning tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, and Raptivity etc.
* Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
* Familiarity with Server side scripting and databases.
* Excellent oral and written communication
* Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
* Excellent collaborative skills
