Required Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree in a related field (e.g. HR, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics) or equivalent experience required
- 8 years experience and a BS/BA or 6 years experience and advanced Degree in the Human Resources function
- Strong understanding of basic financial reporting and fiscal management principles
- Thorough software knowledge of MS Access and Excel, Oracle R12, Taleo, Smartsheets
- Experience working and communicating with senior leaders (Director level and above)
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and influencing skills
- Ability to quickly gauge (real-time) your audience and adjust your approach and message
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a related field preferred

Management of HR functions (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, C&B, Rewards)
