About the Team

As a member of the HR team, partner with cross-functional groups including Business Partners, Compensation, Legal, Benefits, Finance and others to ensure employee and management needs are being met. This position reports to the Manager of HR in LATAM.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience

Applicants must meet the following experience requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with HR administration or HR coordinator/generalist duties.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft tools including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Required Skills
  • Detail-oriented with solid analytical, resolution and follow-up skills.
  • General understanding of HR principles, practices, standards and legal regulations/employment law for Argentina and preferably for Brazil and LATAM.
  • Anticipates needs and issues of clients/employees and works proactively to address them.
  • Compensation experience in region is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) with ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization in SPa
  • Able to prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at driving change, shaping culture, influencing leadership, managing risk and ensuring compliance.
  • Solutions mindset.
  • Demonstrated success working in a highly collaborative, matrixes environment.
  • Excellent project management skills along with negotiation and mediation skills.
  • Versatility, flexibility and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Advance communication skills in English, Spanish. Portuguese is a Plus.
