Required Education and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience 
  • 8 years of relevant HR experience with experience managing and leading HR projects and a Bachelor’s degree 
  • 6 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree 
  • 3 years of relevant experience and a PhD 

Required Skills
  • Minimum 8 years of overall experience.


Desired Skills
  • 3 years of experience in top tier consulting firm
  • Proven ability to apply design thinking to develop solutions to ambiguous problems
  • Proven excellence with project management and group facilitation, especially across different cultures and related to highly confidential and sensitive topics
  • Experience with HR technologies and having the knowledge base to make recommendations for appropriate enabling technologies.
  • MBA (or equivalent) from leading university
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, possesses creative problem-solving skills and willingness to offer suggestions for improvement; builds relationships to leverage resources
  • Demonstrated competencies in the area of project management, consulting, change management, communications and business process consultation
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coach others
  • Confidently able to interact with all levels of management and influence results without authority
  • Capable of rolling up one’s sleeves to do whatever it takes to drive results; not hindered by protocol or process
  • Has the ability to develop approaches to tasks; create and implement process; and develop frameworks for organizing work and evaluating ideas
