Senior Interactive Designer
Required Education and Experience
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and a
Bachelor’s degree in Design or its equivalent.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Minimum of 6 years of experience creating and delivering high-caliber creative work,
emphasis in UI/UX
• Minimum of 3 years of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, InVision - motion, JS, HTML or CSS
experience.
DESIRED SKILLS
• Experience
working in both B2B and B2C environments
• Ability to deliver cross-platform
user experiences that are simple and elegant
• Solid
understanding of how to apply brand guidelines and standards
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task,
prioritize assignments, and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to take initiative while working
collaboratively with designers, art directors, product managers and developers/engineers
• Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Conceptual
thinker who possesses a wide range of design capabilities
• Resourceful:
Able to problem solve and find multiple design solutions given any number of
constraints
• Ability
to articulate design ideas to leadership teams
