Senior Program Manager - Information Security

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree, including coursework in computer science, technology and business. Master degree in business, education or technology field is a plus

Required Skills

* 8+ years of experience in technical project management in IT security
* 4+ years experience managing initiatives across teams and geographies
Desired Skills
* Certifications in PMP, CISA, or CISSP are a plus
* Experience with PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2, NIST CSF and working with external audit firms
* Strong project management skills
* Demonstrated ability to independently lead program work at an enterprise scale
* Proven leadership, organization, and planning skills
* Excellent time management skills including the ability to prepare, prioritize, and complete work plans
* Experience working in a fast-paced matrix organization
* Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills
* Exceptional oral and written communications skills
* Demonstrate advanced understanding of security controls, IT controls and related standards
* Ability to interact and communicate with senior executives across multiple business areas
* Demonstrated ability to grasp new technical concepts quickly
* Demonstrated ability to work independently under tight deadlines while responding to changing business and technical conditions
* Proven ability to deliver cross-functional strategic initiatives
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively and professionally across a wide range of constituencies
* Internet or software industry experience is strongly preferred
* Experience with industry standard SDLC tools, including Confluence and Jira, is also a plus
