Senior Manager, Creative Services
Required Education and Experience
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MIS, Business Administration or its equivalent.
Required Skills
* 5+ years of experience managing a diverse creative team.
* 5+ years of experience working in both B2B and B2C environments.
* 5+ years of hands-on experience and proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Desired Skills
* A portfolio that demonstrates a history of generating innovative ideas that are at once well defined, well crafted, and well executed, across multiple platforms
* A solid background in print, branding, typography and web/digital, and experiential/event design
* Superior organizational skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments, and meet tight deadlines
* Ability to take initiative while working collaboratively
* Adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Conceptual thinker who possesses a wide range of design capabilities
* Resourceful: Able to problem solve and find multiple design solutions given any number of constraints
* Strong aesthetic, point of view and attention to detail
* Ability to articulate design ideas to leadership teams
* Comfortable taking direction from and working closely with the Senior Director of Global Creative
