Required Experience
· Minimum 5 years of developer marketing, product marketing or evangelism experience
· Minimum 3 years experience with running campaigns
· Minimum 3 years experience working with open source community
· Education: Bachelor degree required. BS in Computer Science, Marketing or equivalent.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience running strategic marketing programs, campaigns, and events
· Clear understanding of the developer audience
· Flexible, creative, self-starter and comfortable with change and risk-taking.
· Methodical and organized: able to manage multiple projects, opportunities, and priorities concurrently
· Ability to prioritize and plan effectively around timelines
· High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for building valuable resource collections, successful communities, and effective programs
· Understanding of development languages, capabilities and limitations is a plus.
