Senior Marketing Manager - Global Brand and Messaging
Required Education and Experience
* Minimum 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
Required Skills
* 5+ years working with Enterprise B2B products and services, with an emphasis on cloud and digital technology.
* 8+ years demonstrating the ability to translate features and benefits of B2B technology products and services into business solution messages and conversations.
* 8+ years of experience managing brand and messaging initiatives across multiple geographies, platforms and channels.
* 8+ years working knowledge of the B2B customer journey and the interrelationships between Marketing and Sales.
Desired Skills
* Solid understanding of customer research, brand identity, creative strategy and development, brand health management, and customer acquisition.
* Exceptional messaging and writing skills, particularly the ability to create simple, compelling messages and value propositions for technical offerings.
* Strong leadership skills, executive presence, and ability to work effectively across divisions, geographies, and all levels of leadership.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy in order to make smart decisions and recommendations.
* Hands-on experience working with creative and technical resources to deliver outstanding marketing communications.
* Some experience with brand health research tools.
