* 10 years of experience within a global HR environment
* 10 years of mobility related experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills that include the ability to quickly assess your audience and calibrate your message accordingly.
* Strong multi-cultural fluency of work practices, communication styles, and social protocols.
* Passion about working with and learning from individuals at every level of the organization.
* Proven analytical comfort and ability that includes quantifying the value/ROI of functions you’ve led.
* Proven ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of various teams.
* Willingness to attend meetings/calls outside of traditional office hours to accommodate different time zones.
* Very strong facilitations skills and able to communicate with a wide array of audiences to inform and educate.
* Expertise and ability to leverage Global Mobility knowledge to influence talent strategy, including leadership development.
* Desire to manage talented and experienced team members by providing both autonomy and support
